By accessing or using the Easy Menu service, website, and applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Easy Menu reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Easy Menu provides a platform for restaurants and food service establishments to create and manage digital menus accessible via QR codes and direct links. Our Service includes menu creation, editing, hosting, and analytics features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Easy Menu immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a subscription. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay Easy Menu the applicable fees as they become due.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Such notice may be provided by posting the changes to the Easy Menu website or via email.

5. User Content

Our Service allows you to upload, store, and share content, including menu items, descriptions, prices, and images ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content.

By uploading User Content, you grant Easy Menu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Easy Menu, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Easy Menu is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
